PATIENT SCHEDULE COORDINATOR - LVN Qualified - Q.A. Experience
We have an immediate need for a Patient Schedule Coordinator for a home-health care provider.
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Must have experience in Quality Assurance

Must be bilingual, fluent in Spanish

Six months experience in health care office functions and computer knowledge is preferred
-
Must be organized with the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
-
Must be time efficient and have organized work habits
-
Visual and aural acuity as well as manual dexterity is required
-
Must be capable of handling extremely busy multiple telephone lines and yet maintain professionalism and friendliness and to prioritize job tasks
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Schedule workers to clients as ordered by physician
-
Set up and maintain phone system, including adding, revising or deleting voice mailboxes as needed

Develop and maintain accurate employee phone roster

Assist in answering telephone for Agency, screen individual calls and route client care calls to the Supervising Nurse

Process incoming and outgoing mail daily and signed 485’s/orders
-
Completion and/or management of the daily non-clinical operations via review and/or completion of Order Tracking, Worker Schedules, Data Entry, Verification of Visits
