We have an immediate need for a permanent full-time Data Entry Clerk for an established and growing home-health care provider.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compile payroll information and post employee timesheets
- Set up and maintain files for employees
- Enter patient information and review records for completeness and accuracy
- Ensure accurate calculations and meet payroll scheduled deadlines
- Answer phone and direct calls to appropriate personnel as needed
- Other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year experience of clerical work
- Must be very detail-oriented and analytical
- Work independently and within a team on special ongoing and nonrecurring projects
- Demonstrable typing skills
- H.S. diploma
