Job Description: The physical therapist evaluates patients, and plans and implements an effective physical therapy program based upon physical assessment, sound judgment, and psychological sensitivity. Minimum Experience: Two years experience required. Required Certification/Licensing/Registration: Eligible and licensed to practice physical therapy according to Washington State licensure laws. Certified in CPR. BLS Ideal Experience: Two years experience in acute (hospital) setting. Excellent documentations skills. Intermediate experience with computers.
