Physical Therapist (PT) | Outpatient | Doctorate Required 

We have an immediate need for a Physical Therapist (PT) who is seeking an outpatient position with an established hospital. The successful candidate will provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments and integrate with staff. 

Job Description 

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for the evaluation, development, and implementation of effective patient treatment plans to restore, compensate or adapt for loss of patient function and planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state, and professional standards. 

Specific Duties: 

• Evaluate and develop therapy plans for a broad range of diagnoses.  

• Specialize in care for certain complex patient types, through education. 

• Provide education to patients and family and collaborates with other health care professionals as needed. 

Job Requirements 

• Doctorate degree 

• Graduate of APTA accredited school 

• State therapy license or eligible in Texas 

• BLS/CPR Certification 

• 3 Years minimum experience 

• Athletics and sports experience preferred
