Clinical Manager- ICU
Phoenix, ArizonaClinical Manager ICU Overview: We are seeking a goals oriented department manager to supervise in our ICU. The position will be supervisory position and will include enforcing hospital policies, procedures and standards, as well as budgetary and fiscal accountability. Special Skills Must be able to meet deadlines, perform duties with high degree of accuracy as well as be a strong leader. This position will also require frequent contact with employees, patients, and above all "Customers". Self-motivated is a must. Minimum Requirements: Nursing Degree from an Accredited Nursing School or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Three years relevant clinical nursing experience. Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona. CPR required. ACLS, PALS/NRP are required for certain clinical areas. Minimum of three to five years of cardiovascular experience, to bedside care of Open heart patients. Preferred Qualifications: Master Degree. Two years management/supervisory CCRN for ICU/CVICU
