Physical Therapist (PT) | Home Health | Pediatrics | PRN Supervisor

We have an immediate need for a Physical Therapist (PT) who is seeking a PRN position with an established home health agency. The successful candidate will provide physical therapy evaluations and supervise assistants.

Job Description

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will responsible for the evaluation, development and implementation of effective patient treatment plans to restore, compensate or adapt for loss of patient function and planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state and professional standards.

Specific Duties:

• Evaluate and diagnose pediatric patients and develop a plan of care, in a home health setting.
• Supervise PTAs

Job Requirements

• Graduate of APTA accredited school
• State therapy license or eligible in Texas
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Must have pediatric experience
• Bilingual preferred
